We are a domiciliary care company currently awaiting CQC registration: providing person centred care in your own home environment. We support people to live as independent as possible, to live fullfing lives and to have control of their lives.
We provide high quality person centred care to support older people, people with mental health needs, physical health needs, people with dementia needs, and end of life care. We value continuity of care, therefore we strive to aim maintain regular carers for you.

Background
NKM Support Ltd is led by a registered social worker with extensive backgrounds in health and social care. Our experience ranges from hands on care provision, domicilary care , Adult community social work including supporting people with dementia, mental health needs,
learning disability,physical disability and safeguarding.
The director has vast experience in supporting discharges from hospital, completing continuing health care decision support tool assessment, completing care Act assessments, and contributing a wealth of experience to the company.
